US IF YOUR CURRENT ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT THAN THE ADDRESS YOU GAVE US WHEN YOU FILED
FOR YOUR REFUND. IF YOU HAVE RECENTLY RECEIVED A POSTCARD THEN IT MEANS THAT WE
HAVE YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS.
Receivership Update
Attention! CP Direct
Receivership compensation checks were issued and mailed
on May 25, 2006. Those checks represented the final
distribution amount associated with the court approved
requests. The deadline for filing a request has passed,
and no further distributions will be made to those who
have received their check.
If you have recently received a form letter regarding
un-cashed checks, please be sure that our office
receives the completed form as soon as possible via
mail, email attachment, or fax. Please refer to our
