Notice to C.P. Direct (Longitude, et al) Consumer "Claimants":

I, Lawrence J. Warfield, have prepared and filed my report to the Court reflecting my recommendations for consumer "claims" (requests for compensation). This report has been posted here for public view, and will remain posted here. Any person wishing to file an OBJECTION to my recommendation must do so by August, 15, 2005 by submitting a written letter to:

The Deadline for Submitting a Refund has passed!

From July 21st, 2004 through December 31st, 2004 this website offered a link to an Online Refund System. On January 1st, 2005 this web page was updated to reflect that the Receiver's Office is no longer accepting new Requests for Compensation.

Thank you for submitting your Request for Compensation to the best of your abilities. We will contact you if we need further information.

Lawrence J. Warfield, CPA, has been appointed by the Court as the Receiver for the case involving CP Direct, Inc. to reimburse the victims who purchased products from CP Direct, Inc. The Receiver is NOT the same company formerly known as CP Direct, Inc.

Your request will be reviewed by the Receiver for recommendation of approval or declination. The Court will determine the final status of your Request for Compensation. The Court Hearing to adjudicate Requests for Compensation is to be determined after October 2005.

If a refund is due to you, it will be distributed in check format by May 25th, 2006.
